ABOUT DR.BUCEK
Dr. Bucek’s extensive experience with professional baseball, soccer, volleyball, and PGA athletes provide him with unique skills and knowledge that he is able to use in his private practice. Although he treats many athletes at all levels, he also cares for many patients in his practice who are not athletes. He has a real passion for working with patients that truly want to get better and are willing to do the work required to achieve their goals.

"in-network" with your insurance, we offer discounted cash rates.
We are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO policies and Aetna PPO Policies. We encourage new patients to call the customer service number on the back of their insurance card and verify we are in-network with Bucek, Daniel, DC / Bucek Chiropractic, SC in Batavia, IL. If you are in need of assistance, our office has the resources to look up your benefits prior to your first visit. Please fill out the New Patient Paperwork and notify us that you would like to know your insurance coverage and benefits prior to your visit. Please keep in mind that insurance benefit plans and eligibility are all subject to change without any notification to us by your insurance company. We ask that our patients contact their insurance company directly to verify any and all questions.
